I enjoyed Tidal Flow’s Trip so much that I went on another one of their expeditions they held two weeks after! Hannah is incredibly kind and great at organising a smooth magic trip. I would do it a thousand times over if possible. We swam with Hammerheads, sea lions, eagle rays, turtles, through bait balls and so so so much more. Every day was a once in a lifetime day. The beaches were white sand, the water turquoise blue. All the private charter boats the girls took us on had incredibly friendly staff

Surf and Nature Connection Retreat 2023
I had the great pleasure to join one of the surf, yoga and nature retreats organised by Hannah, Carolina and Michelle. It was one of the best decisions I had made in a while! Everything was so thoughtful and very smooth: from the choice of surfboards, the hotel location, food, surf briefing, nature discoveries (snorkel, ocean dives and endemic species). The trip was the perfect mix of adventure, (land and sea!) fun and being spoiled.

Simply a must do! A visit to the Galápagos is a bucket list item for so many people for a good reason. This was above and beyond, it felt as raw, beautiful and powerful as if it was my own personal David Attenborough documentary. I was lucky enough to join the retreat hosted by Hannah (Dive Master), Michelle (Head Surf Coach) and Carolina (Naturalist Guide). The week saw us diving with Hammerhead Sharks, snorkelling with sealions, surfing unreal waves and soaking up the culture of this unique part of the world (not to mention the tortoises, blue footed boobies, rays and iguanas). I just left wanting more!

As a novice snorkeler, I wasn’t sure what to expect during my week in the Galápagos. But after a week with Hannah, I’m completely inspired. Hannah led our group snorkeling/freediving with grace and effortlessly captured incredible photos and videos without disrupting the moment. Hannah supported everyone, from experienced divers to beginners like me, with patience and encouragement. She was a complete joy to be around, both in and out of the water—always warm, positive, and deeply connected to nature. The whole experience was unforgettable and exceeded all expectations.

This was an epic week! Truly one of the most incredible weeks of my life. Between the most stunning nature, the amazing marine life, the epic snorkeling, the best people, the most fun activities, the dreamiest waves and the most awesome guides, it was the adventure of a lifetime. From surfing to swimming with sea lions, turtles and hammerheads, hiking a volcanic lake, eating an assortment of lunches and soups , meeting a handful of incredibly strong, rad women that rip… it was a DREAM! The wildlife stole the show! Turtle rolling among sea lions, sea lions tugging at my leash in the line up. Snorkelling Kicker Rock with Hammerheads, swimming with turtles, parrot fish, and rays at La Loberia. Watching marine iguanas sunning. Oo-ing and Aah-ing at giant tortoises. Nature is pretty pretty cool!
